I have been in the business of selling real estate nearly 11 years. I am the Broker and Manager of St. Augustine Team Realty in St. Augustine, Florida, and I currently specialize in the sale of residential properties in St. Augustine and St. Johns County. I've been a Big Brother since 2002.
I was Big Brother of the Year 2005.
Since 2005 I've donated a portion of my gross commission to charity. By January of 2009 this amount totalled over $11,500.
I plant a tree or flowering shrub, or make a donation to a tree planting or habitat restoring organization, with every sale.
Education and Previous Experience
I have a B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University. As a Realtor I have taken numerous continuing education and sales courses through my local boards, the Florida Real Estate Institute, the Bert Rodgers Institute, Mark Leader Sales Courses, JTS Coaching Advisors, and Integrity Coaching Systems.
Previous to real estate I was a Sales Manager for large retail chains, and previous to that I was a Sports Writer. Since 2002 I've covered high school football for the St. Augustine Record to keep my journalistic skills sharp (and who doesn't enjoy high school football?).
Personal
I am happily married to a gorgeous wife. I have one gorgeous daughter and a wonderful newborn son. And I have a four legged friend rescued from the Humane Society School of Hard Knocks.
Hobbies
I am an elite level amateur bicycle racer. I've placed as high as top 10 in USA Cycling's National Championships as a master mountain bike rider. I am coached by CTS Coaching expert coach Josh Drake. CTS was founded by Chris Charmical, personal coach for Lance Armstrong.
