All three of my plans are designed to get you the most money for your property with the least possible hassle. My plans include full support from contract to closing. In addition to helping you negotiate the offer I'll be working with the buyer’s lender to arrange financing, as well as monitoring inspections, survey and title work and of course any other details that crop up as the transaction progresses.  Best of all, every one of my listings is backed by our ‘Easy Exit Guarantee’ which means that there’s no cost to cancel the listing at any time prior to an offer should you decide that selling’s no longer the best option for you.
